Connect Students to New Experiences

Schedule an In-Class Presentation: We are available to come speak to your class about the impact of service learning on their learning experience and professional development. Presentations are tailored to your subject and with you to motivate your students.

Arrange a Service Learning Think Tank: At the request of a department or faculty, we will hold a project think-tank for those are interested in exploring new types of projects and models of service learning, or for those who would like to brainstorm ideas for projects for large groups of students. In addition, we offer to facilitate brainstorming sessions for student-driven projects; these sessions require a minimum of a four hour commitment on the part of the students, either in one or two blocks.

Access Service Learning Research and Evaluation: As faculty, it is essential that your goals be supported when incorporating experiential learning into any curriculum. To reinforce your efforts, we will disseminate research supporting the effectiveness of this type of activity as well as tools for evaluation and assessment.
