All of the services provided through The Institute for Nonprofit Development are developed with sensitivity to the realities of small, grassroots entities with small (or even non-existent) paid staff and/or significant dependency on volunteer contributions of time and talent. Much of our outside funding is structured to give priority to those with small annual operating budgets (defined in some cases as under $2M and in others as under $500,000).   Often, the resources provided by faculty and students, access to local training, networking opportunities, management coaching in proven practices for achieving organizational effectiveness, and (when available) financial support for activities contributing to your long-term success have the most impact on small agencies or groups.  The opportunity to utilize the additional outlets we provide for you in communicating your message and collaborating directly with colleagues may be specifically valuable to you.
